How Pretoriashop works
Pretoriashop is a family business run by a mother and her daughters, selling stainless steel jewellery to customers across South Africa. Orders are prepared in 1 to 2 business days and shipped free of charge, with tracking sent by email. Delivery takes an estimated 9 to 14 business days in total. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging, and any order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Preparation takes 1 to 2 business days, and transit after dispatch takes 8 to 12 business days, for a total estimate of 9 to 14 business days from the order.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you in this case.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, free of charge, within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
